Richard Ecker is the Director of Research and Education for the Korean War Veterans National Museum and Library. The Museum and Library is to be built at Tuscola, Il. and it is to open for the general public on June 25, 2000, the 50th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War. Richard E.
